Shipping policy

We may use a third party shipping service provider to generate package shipments across cities in India (As per available pin code with the shipping service provider).

We do not take any responsibility if a product is damaged or misplaced while in transit. However, we will provide support as necessary to escalate such matters with the courier service partner. Tracking of the shipment is your responsibility. 

Deliveries may take more time due to any unavoidable situation/circumstances. In such scenarios, we may proactively reach out to you by e-mail and SMS. Please keep a track of your package arrival and in case of any delay, please reach out to the shipment courier partner/provider.

We will not compensate for any delay arising out of such situations and any mental agony caused due to the delay. However, we will ensure optimum support is provided to the customer in such scenarios.
