Refund policy
3.1. Returns

Eligibility for Machines: Standard automated scent diffuser machines that are unused, in their original unopened packaging, and in resalable condition may be eligible for return within 15 days of the original purchase date for a refund or credit, subject to a restocking fee of 15%, if applicable. Machines must be in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Customized or specially ordered Machines are non-returnable and non-refundable unless found defective under warranty.

Eligibility for Fragrance Products: Due to hygiene and quality control, fragrance oils and products are non-returnable once opened or if the seal is broken. Unopened and sealed fragrance products may be eligible for return within 7 days of purchase, at the Company's discretion.

Initiation: To initiate a return, contact Scentfolio Customer Service at orders@scentfolio.in or +98336 31729 to obtain an RTO information and label.

Shipping: The Client is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Company error or a confirmed defective product under warranty. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Inspection: Returned items will be inspected. Refunds or credits will be processed only for items meeting the eligibility criteria.
3.2. Refunds

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as otherwise agreed.

Non-Refundable Charges: Original shipping, handling, and installation charges (if any) are non-refundable, except where the return is due to a Company error or a covered warranty defect.

Defective or Damaged Products (DOA): If a product received is defective or damaged on arrival (DOA), please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per the warranty terms, including reasonable return shipping costs.
3.3. Exchanges
We do not offer exchange or replacement of products.
